Tim Raderstorf, DNP, RN
Dr. Tim Raderstorf is the Co-founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Steadywell, where he is building an AI-powered system designed to make serious illness care proactive. A nurse through and through, Tim began his career in pediatric hematology and oncology, where he witnessed both the triumphs of treatment and the heartbreak when curative care was no longer possible. Those experiences shaped his belief that healthcare should anticipate needs and better support patients, families, and clinicians.
Before Steadywell, his fourth startup, Tim spent six years as Chief Innovation Officer at The Ohio State University College of Nursing and became the first nurse in academia to hold that title. He is the author of the award-winning textbook Evidence-Based Leadership, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship in Nursing and Healthcare. His work has been recognized internationally, including being named one of the TIPS Healthcare Innovations of the Year, and he has received honors such as Early Career Innovator of the Year at Ohio State and induction as a Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing.
