Frontier First Scholarship

Submit your completed FNU application and FAFSA to be considered for the Frontier First Scholarship in the amount of $1,200.

Eligibility & Criteria

To be considered, applicants must complete the following within the first six weeks of the Admissions Cycle:

  • Submit a completed FNU application packet.
  • Submit a completed 2026-2027 FAFSA.

Scholarship Eligibility Deadlines

  • Winter 2027 Term – August 6, 2026
  • Spring 2027 Term – November 5, 2026

Frontier Nursing University is pleased to offer Scholarships to support students in reducing financial barriers as they pursue their academic and professional goals.

Once admitted to FNU and enrolled in courses, students may be eligible to apply for a variety of Scholarship opportunities, such as:

  • FNU Scholarships:
    • Through the generosity of alumni and donors, FNU is able to offer numerous Scholarships supporting students with a wide range of backgrounds, experiences, academic interests, locations, and career goals.
  • Frontier Student Emergency Fund:
    • The Frontier Student Emergency Fund is available for students facing extreme or unexpected financial hardships that threaten their ability to continue with their studies.
  • Clinical Student Support Fund:
    • The Clinical Student Support Fund addresses the unique financial barriers that students face during their clinical rotations.
  • Dr. Michael Carter DNP Project Scholarship:
    • The Dr. Michael Carter DNP Student Project Scholarship supports DNP students pursuing scholarly projects that advance nursing knowledge, improve patient care, and address important healthcare challenges.
