What Is the ADN Bridge Entry Option?
At Frontier Nursing University, our mission is to enable the next generation of nurses and caregivers to achieve their dream and earn a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree through a flexible, affordable course structure that works with their unique lifestyles. We offer a wide range of nursing programs to our students, but if you currently have an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), our ADN Bridge Entry Option is an affordable, flexible, and fast option for earning your MSN.
Earn an MSN Without a Bachelor’s Degree
In traditional nursing programs, if you have an ADN, you would need to complete two years of study to earn a bachelor’s and an additional two years in a graduate program to earn your MSN – but with the ADN Bridge Entry Option from Frontier Nursing University, you can skip this strenuous process. Instead of requiring you to go through years of tedious coursework, our ADN Bridge program allows you to skip your bachelor’s degree entirely and head directly into our MSN program. This makes it easier and more affordable than ever to become a Nurse-Midwife, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
How ADN Bridge Entry Option Works
So how does the Bridge option work? It’s a simple, 12-month course plan that lets you go from an ADN into a Masters of Science in Nursing program in just one year instead of two. We offer courses online on a flexible schedule, meaning you can complete your Bridge year as you work. By bypassing the awarding of a bachelor’s degree, the Bridge year offers seamless transition into our MSN program – with the additional option to continue into our Doctor of Nursing Practice program after that.
